I was listening to Rushes by the Fireman, and there was one track that particularly caught my ear. It was largely a piano repeating the same notes over and over, so this was my own variation on a theme. Once I put in the chimes (quite by accident, in fact) and choir, I wanted to do something more, so I decided to read from the Book of Genesis (plus, I figured, what a great way to open an album). I recorded my voice at high speed, then slowed it down. Repetitive though this track is, I really enjoy it.
